Form Engine
Form Engine collects form submissions for any website. Build a form in the dashboard, embed it on your site, and get notified the moment someone submits — image uploads, spam protection, and respondent-editable submissions included.
Getting started
Create your first form and embed it on your site.
JS SDK
@form-engine/sdk reference.
Public API
Form schema, submit, upload, and respondent-edit endpoints.
Admin API
Manage forms, submissions, and webhooks programmatically.
Webhooks
Payload shape, signing, and the retry schedule.
Security
How data, access, and submissions are protected.
How a submission flows
- A form is created and published from the admin dashboard
- A site embeds it with the SDK, which loads the published schema
- A visitor fills it in; any images upload directly, then get verified
- The submission is validated and stored; a signed webhook fires
- The respondent can return to their personal edit link to update it
